CALL FOR BOARD MEMBERS
INTERESTED IN GETTING INVOLVED?
During our AGM (register HERE), we will be hosting elections for 2 new board members!
Ideal candidates are folks who are passionate about music, art, and ideas at the fringes, have an understanding of the local arts community, and are excited to push the bounds and standards of the industry locally and beyond. Assets would include experience in finances, grant writing, policy development, public relations, and digital marketing.
The Board of Directors works alongside the Co-Directors, Nik and Carmel, to govern, assist in decision making, and offer critical perspectives around our programming. Board members are expected to attend meetings once every 4-6 weeks, engage in email correspondence as more immediate concerns arise, and support internal work such as policy development, artist care, sponsorship and public relations, and digital marketing.

Board nominees are encouraged to attend our AGM to introduce themselves, but will still be voted on in the event that they cannot attend.
At EVERYSEEKER, we aim to prioritize those living at the margins and underrepresented in the music and arts community locally (and beyond). In the nomination form, we have included a question for folks to self-identify if they would like to.
Accessibility: The AGM will be hosted on Zoom. We will be using a third party automated captioning service and an ASL Interpreter in the call.
