Cher Hann

Cher Hann is a multi-disciplinary artist living and creating in Kjipuktuk (Halifax). Through her video work, Cher unpacks the hangover of her Y2K youth—wading through the tension between the highly visible and the unseen. Maximal, colorful, and always in motion, Cher produces animations that are (quite literally) hard to look at, challenging viewers to confront the act of looking itself.
